Late-Week Market Update: Policy Tightening Meets Tokenized-Market Acceleration
A higher policy rate and new tokenized-securities infrastructure arrived in the same week. The correct response is evidence separation, not a forced single narrative.

What is confirmed
The Federal Reserve raised its target range to 3.75%–4.00% on September 16. The SEC issued temporary, conditional relief for certain Tokenized Securities Venues on September 17. Both are material, but they operate through different channels and time horizons.
How ATLAS4 reads the interaction
Higher short-term rates can pressure duration and leverage, while tokenized-market exemptions may improve the medium-term infrastructure opportunity set. An authoritative fact on one horizon should not be allowed to overrule contradictory evidence on another.
